Told me a needed a brand new 1200 dollar muffler I went to another place and they fixed the problem for 300 dollars. Can not be trusted

Thanks for your response DeVonte, I talked to the manager about the situation. What you were quoted was for replacement of the exhaust system because of the condition. I'm not sure what the other place actually did but the parts cost us more than 300.

My car went in to the shop sounding like a helicopter and driving HORRIBLY BUT came out of the shop sounding brand new and driving like a dream!!! Not only was the man at the front very polite, he explained everything that was fixed and what was wrong. My mom has been taking all her cars there for years because of how nice and honest she feels they are.

Just getting my vehical looked at had some miner things but the guy at the desk is rude and should look for a different job.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I talked to Greg. It's a very frustrating situation when we check a vehicle out and do not get any repair from the check out. We really don't make any money checking things out, we charge just enough to pay the tech. Checking your history we have checked your vehicle out 4 times over 3 years but have not gotten any repairs off of the check out. If this was all we did we would be out of business in a month. Very frustrating for us.
