I had a poor experience with another repair facility. My vehicle ran poorly even though it had been “repaired” three times for the same problem. I read the reviews for Rick’s Auto Service and decided to give them a try. The problem was diagnosed and I called the first repair facility to try to get them to repair my vehicle properly. They refused to return my calls. The next day, Rick’s gave me a follow-up call to see how I was doing. When they found out my predicament, an equitable solution was offered where they would step in and finish the necessary repairs. Within a matter of hours, my vehicle was repaired and I was back in the road. Rick’s has an excellent reputation and deservedly so. You can trust Rick’s to find the problem, and fix the problem, the first time.

I have been using Rick's Auto for a little over two years. They are the only mechanic shop I go to. Very trust worthy, polite, friendly, and have never done me wrong or swindled me out of money. I will be taking every car I get here! Love them!

I have been going to them for years and I have never been disappointed. I've done some basic replacements and maintenance on the cars I've owned and have a pretty good idea of what a decent amount of services and replacement parts should cost. For the quality of service and the quality of parts they are worth every penny. They are attentive, kind, and very honest. I've been to a lot of mechanics who have overcharged, been impatient with, and talked down to me because they seemed to assume that I wouldn't know any better. In the last 10 or so years I've been going to Rick's that has never happened to me, which is far more than I can say for a lot of other places. They'll take the time to listen and if you have several issues with your car they’ll help you prioritize what needs to be done right away and what can wait so checking off repairs is more manageable. On my last visit they noticed one of my tires had a slow leak because of a couple of nails and just plugged them for me so I'd be road-safe. I can't say enough good things about this place and even though I live 40 minutes away, that drive out to make sure my car is well maintained is absolutely worth it.
