I do not know much about cars. So it is important to me to find a garage that will have my best interests, who will never sell me what I don't need and who will be kind and understanding. Rick's Auto Service is that place. When I take my car there, I know i am getting the right service by the good guys. How do I know? My car runs really well after my visit and continues to run well up to and including the next scheduled visit.

Rick's did a great job communicating with me about the work and doing a great job to fix my Honda when it started making a noise. They were up front about what needed to be done and did the work in a timely manner -- 100% satisfied and will take our cars there again if they need it!

It took me a long time to find a repair place that I liked. Rick's provides outstanding customer service through the entire process. The front desk staff is top notch. The mechanics are very good at what they do. (I've had issues with other shops, but never an issue at Rick's!) And their prices are very reasonable. It's an honest deal for honest work. I won't take my cars anywhere else, and I won't entrust them to anyone else. Rick's is the best.
