FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

• Will you provide an estimate before starting any work? 
  Yes! If there is a charge to check over a vehicle or to do diagnostic work you will be notified before we begin, then any further repairs or service will be quoted and an authorization asked for before we do the work.
   
• How often should my oil be changed? 
  Most vehicle that are driven on short trips, around town or in areas that the weather changes drastically from season to season it still good insurance to change oil every 3 months or 3,000 miles. (excludes synthetic oils which take longer intervals)
   
• Do I really need to perform the factory recommended maintenance on my vehicle? 
  Definitely. If regular maintenance is not performed on your vehicle not only will it void any warranty that you have, but it will cause potential breakdowns, shorten the life of the affected area, and reduce the resale or trade-in value of the vehicle.
