Mishawaka Auto Repair

I called Rick's yesterday to try and set up an appointment for today to get my brakes looked at. I only have one day off so I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could get it in for the next day. I told them I would drop off later that day so it would be there. Was able to drop off earlier than expected. To my surprise, they got my car in same day and 3.5 hours later, it was fixed and ready to go. Between my car and my daughter's car...I cannot say enough about how great the guys are here. Thanks for always doing such a great job.

Ricks auto is always very accommodating. They are very efficient and always check to make sure that I dont need anything else taken care of, even if Im just there for an oil change.

Took my car in for some things I expected needed repair. They offer a loaner car for $20 which should be copied by other companies. I admit I was having a bad day and had sticker shock when I recieved quote. I understand they need to charge appropriately to stay in business. I opted out due to shock. But will probably call back to schedule the service since I've slept on it.

Always get great service !! Great group of guys honest … we had a problem arise. I’m going to drive and shine so I always tell people go to Rick’s. Don’t go to drive and shine … except for car wash .. That was not my choice ….

I took my car in because it was making a noise as if something was broken when I ran over a bump/potholes. $1300 later it is still making the same noise. They changed the struts which it probably needed but didn't solve my problem.

Staff were kind, communicated well and efficient.

I trust Greg and Rob to service my vehicle and this is a great feeling.

Great diagnosis and communication of work needed to be completed. Would definitely recommend them.
