I wouldn’t go here again. I went here months ago, but just wanted to want ppl now. Told me something was damaged and needed replaced that wasn’t (got opinions from 3 other mechanics who agreed it was fine). Messed up my tire order, giving me the $300 more expensive tires than the ones I asked for and had to re order the other tires. Then had like weird hidden $30 fees that were vague. Also overpriced compared to other mechanics around. I’m sure others have had great experiences, but that wasn’t the case for me. So just beware.
Sorry to hear, but if I remember, you first came in with feather/chopped rear tires, we recommended to have the rear shocks done and 4 tires to be installed, we also gave you 2 options which the first tires we suggested were Goodyear Assurance but you said you wanted to go with a cheaper tire which was the Eldorados, so you chose those tires. There were no hidden fees. you also declined the rear shocks. So what you wrote is totally wrong. Thank you. Have a great day!
