I was driving from Minnesota to DC when I noticed a bunch of coolant leaking from my car and a weird noise coming from under my hood, I looked up a shop near by in Indiana, 20 mins into my drive I called and they said they would not be able to see me as they only take appointments, I looked up again the nearest shop and Rick’s came up only 8 mins away, I called they said they can take a look at it and diagnose my car, 12:20pm, pulled up they took a look at it and discovered my water pump was broken, they gave me a loaner car for the time to use which was amazing as I knew no one in town, by 4:50pm my car was ready and I was back on the road, the gentleman working there were amazing and extremely helpful, I would recommend this shop as my service was definitely a 10/10 they went above my expectations, I am happy to say I made it to DC thank you guys ☺️

I was in need of car repair and several companies could not get me in. Rick’s got me in quick and the car was repaired in a short time. As for pricing… I do t know those things but I felt it was reasonable.
