I am so happy with the repairs and the timely fashion things were taken care. The service people were friendly. My questions were respectfully answered.

We called one day and the next our our brakes were fixed. Great service!

They will reroute a breakdown from the shop they are supposed to take it to and con the customer into taking it to their shop where the technicians aren't even certified. AAA is in on the scam as well. They charge WAY too much for VERY low/entry skill level mechanics. I say mechanics because they do NOT employ technicians just parts changers. Watch your belongings when using them for a tow as things are known to come up missing frequently.

Got my car in fast and was back by the end of the week. They found issues the previous shop had done to make quick fixes on my car which resulted in it back in the shop 6 months later. Runs just as it should now! Excellent customer service!

They always do a great job of letting us know what is urgent and what needs to be addressed soon but not right now. It really helps because we’re not made of money and they are both honest and reliable
