So very impressed! Not only did they get me in on short notice, but they kept me informed (via email AND in person) on the progress throughout the appointment. Oh! And did I mention, the only thing I had to pay for was my cabin filter? YES!!! Thanks to my lifetime oil change agreement with Rick's, I NEVER have to pay for an oil change again, for the life of my car (and beyond ~ ask them for details). In my opinion, anyone who DOESN'T sign up for the lifetime oil change is just plain silly! And you don't need to be afraid to make this commitment with Rick's ~ their people treat you like you're their ONLY customer!! What a fine example of how a business SHOULD be run!
