Here's what I love about Rick's Auto Service: they do everything they say they're going to do, I never have to bring it back. They check out situations that look like there could be concerns without my knowledge. But let me know and ask me if I want to fix them. They give me clear dates of how long the situation would last or not last. There's absolutely no pressure of taking care of them with them or anyone else. Just information. And they never try to hijack the situation and always make an extra dollar bill. But here's the deal not one time, not one in the last 30 years. Have I ever had to bring back my car due to a mishap on their point! What a blessing, I send many people to Rick. To places with fancy stores. Honestly and truthfully, his shop is cleaner than most buildings. I've been in to take care of cars. Even dealerships, and the people are nice. Imagine that! But let's not forget about this one Almighty thing. The dollar bill stretches here over and over- this is a for real evaluation. I'm sorry I haven't done it before now! Don't forget you want to pay more for less. Go ahead, not me. #soldongoodbusiness

I've been taking my vehicle to Rick's Auto for years now. They always do an amazing job, are reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. They always correctly diagnose any issues and you can always trust that repairs are done right. Not to mention their staff is friendly and the customer service is amazing. Absolutely the best place around!

I have been using Rick‘s Auto for a few years now, and they have always been courteous, efficient, and honest. Their prices are reasonable and they do not try to talk you into work that you don’t need.

Great place to get your car worked on!

I had a service done on my transmission by an auto service center in Goshen before I left for my vacation to Florida . They improperly put the tranny fluid in the wrong port causing my tranny to seize on my way out-of-town. I was stranded on the bypass and I found great Google reviews for Rick’s Auto Center. I called Rick’s and they were professional and understanding of my situation. I had my Subaru towed to the service center. They diagnosed that I needed a new transmission. Rick’s was able to locate a reconditioned transmission with less miles on it for my vehicle within a couple hours. Within a week they had the transmission shipped to their shop and installed in my Subaru Outback. I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with Rick’s. If I didn’t live so far away I would have them do all my service. Thank you Rick’s Auto Center.
