Very professional and affordable. I took my car in for one problem and discovered there were a few more, I was surprised that it was not about getting as much money out of me as possible. The guy on the phone actually initiated the, "we might not want to dump alot of money into this vehicle," conversation. Ultimately, I paid for the major repairs and as an unexpected bonus Rick's did a repair for free. Definitely the best auto service place in town, HANDS DOWN!!!!!!! They have a customer in me and my family for life.

This place is amazing! I am amateur car repair who knows a knowledge on what the car problem was. Once I know the problem of my vehicle, some of parts are needed to replace but that work is out of my control saying no tool, without appropriate environment. They carefully listen to me, started check on my vehicle and dang! No need to replace anything at all, dang it was caused by something else. Amazing, I think more important thing at the shop is diagnosis. You know part replacement can be performed at anywhere any shop even yourself. They are amazing and I was impressed so that let me drive from Mishawaka to DC around 800miles with no issue! Thanks man!

I noticed my SUV was shaking after going over 40mph so I took it to Rick’s, the tie rod was shot and I had a bad caliper and break hose.. I had mentioned that the vehicle was making a loud nose while driving and was told that the exhaust was causing the noise. I have used Rick’s in the past and they didn’t disappoint and they didn’t disappoint this time either. I was told to go look for other quotes but I was very pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and speediness that I didn’t want to bother looking elsewhere. Thanks again Rick’s!

You can see that they care about doing a great job. I would definitely take my car back there again whenever it needs anything. The brakes were replaced in a day’s time when other garages were telling me they couldn’t get the vehicle in for at least a week. It drives great now. The mechanic had a great attitude. The bill was reasonable. This is an ethical place. They went the extra mile. They even fixed a noise issue and didn’t charge. Car drives great. Thank you guys.
