I took my car in for routine maintenance and was not sold anything I did not need. From the waiting room, I could hear how pleasantly and honestly they explained cars to other customers. They treated me very well: how many times do you take your car in and pay less than expected? This is my first time in years and my first in going to Rick's: I'll be back.
