Never worry when I take my car to you guys you fix it right in no time at all .

Everyone at Rick's is so friendly and my appointment was on time. My '98 Corolla was in need of an oil change and a couple other issues that needed to be dealt with. I was offered a loaner which I decided not to take advantage of and I waited in the lobby at Rick's and read a book and visited with other patrons who were waiting. Rick has quite an assortment of drinks and cookies and things for children to do (crayons, etc.) for people who have to wait a long time. When my car was finished I was able to use my coupon for the oil change when I paid my bill and received a beautiful yellow rose to take home and enjoy. Thanks Rick and Jeremy for your great service!

I thought the Rick's Auto team was very professional and did a thorough job in completing the repair on my car. I really appreciated their assistance in arranging towing for my car after it broke down. It was convenient that they just simply put the towing charge on my bill. I was especially glad for the loaner car as this significantly alleviated the crisis of not having my vehicle with my incredibly busy schedule.
