Poor customer service. Asked questions was rather rude took my vehicle to someone else. They were not busy and older equipment so I think that is the reason why the could not or did not want my business

Quick and friendly service. We have gone to Rick's for an oil change, transmission fluid flush/fill, and to replace our accelerator cable, always great service.

Quickly diagnosed my problem and pointed me where I needed to go to get it fixed as it was something covered under my cars warranty. Very much appreciated.

Integrity comes a long way.

Everyone I encountered at Rick's was helpful and they got the work done on my car in an extremely timely manner. I will be recommending them in the future.

Always good service and they go above and beyond. Went in for a simple oil change and they found several leaks. The jeep is still under power train warranty and they let me know to take it to the dealer and drop it off after they are done to make sure all is good.

Good communication, prompt service, and a fair price. I'll be returning for other car needs.
