I am new in town and recently had an accident. I asked around and everyone told me if I want the best service for my car to go to rick's. So obviously I had my car towed over and first off they have wonderful staff. Kind, efficient, and I wasn't left with any uncertainies. They provided me with a free loaner car which really saved my butt. I was even able to pick it up after they closed. Next is the actual repair and service. They repaired my car, which had sizable damage mind you, in just a couple days. Then best of all after I took my car home a couple days later they took the time to call me and ask how my car was. I was having some issues with my brake rotors and they took my car back that same day. Rick's fixed my rotors free of charge and fixed my pesky muffler from squeaking, which was an isuue before the accident, free of charge also. With rick's you get to have your cake and eat it too. They earned a customer for life.
