I feel very confident bringing my car in for service at Rick's. The prices are good and they keep you informed every step of the way. I never feel they are padding the cost or trying to get me to authorize extra services. I feel like they are experienced mechanics doing the job in a straight forward manor.

We have been going to Rick's for over a decade. They are trustworthy, which is hard to find in a mechanic. We know if they say something needs to be fixed, it is a need. They also only do high quality repairs and stand by their work.

Didn't even get a chance to use the business.Coming from out of state I think they should be more specific with assisting customer's. Not everyone the service deals with is familiar to policies and how the company handles their appointments.Also after making an appointment waiting two week and was told the day of that I wasn't scheduled so yes a reschedule was made please get the facts correct. Today made appointment And drop off at 8am just to look and diagnose and was told not sure when it will actually be seen.Only reason for trying was insurance recommended 😔
