I had a great experience. I was told by two other places that to fix the oil leak in my F-250, truck, I would need to have the engine removed and replace the oil pan. This was going to cost several thousand dollars. Instead Ruck’s Auto found the leak was coming from the oil pressure valve. They replaced this for a few hundred dollars and all is well.

Met and overwhelmed me with the integrity of your service. There were things out of our control, like the makers sending parts they know are not were not built in specs . But you sincerely went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed. I thank you. We are now return customers.{ But not for a while hopefully lol} 2013 Nissan Ultima

Awesome place & staff We are from out of state….on our way to NY for our daughters wedding reception Also have 3 grandkids in tow They were amazing and had us on the road within 20 minutes! I guess it was a simple fix and wouldn’t charge us! Told us to just pay it forward People are still amazing! Thank you

Rick’s auto service is great! Done in a timely fashion, and even corrected things that I didn’t ask for! I just moved into the area, and was looking for a good mechanic, and I definitely found one! I will return when my car needs to be serviced!
