Have gone here multiple times for years and always walked away happy. Never had a single issue. Recently went to Ricks on Auten thinking they were associated later finding out they are not. They really made me regret not coming here instead. I’ll be giving these guys a call the next time I have any issues.

Rick’s Auto Service does business right! I Trust them to take care of my vehicle and give me an honest assessment of the repair that needs to be done. I highly recommend them to all my friends and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I spoke with Rodney to arrange my appointment. He is genuine and does a great job. My van rides like a dream, and I couldn’t be happier. The techs even found an exhaust issues that the other places didn’t hear or see- despite my request for a full inspection. I plan on taking all my repair needs to Rick’s Auto Service.

Took my vehicle in because it was having a problem with reversing. They told me it needed a couple new engine mounts and that would solve the problem then proceeded to charge me $600. When I received my vehicle the problem that I explained to them was going on was still occuring. They're not open on the weekends so I had to wait until Monday to bring my vehicle back in. On Monday they did a 1 minute ride along and diagnosed the problem then told me I needed a new transmission. Why was this not diagnosed the 1st time before telling me I needed to spend $600 on something I didn't need to????
