I own 5 vehicles (2008-2018) and all of them are serviced at Rick’s Auto....I have trusted the team at Rick’s for several years now. They always can be counted on for excellent service. I will not go anywhere else in the area.

Very professional honest people. Told me I didn't need a particular service right now.

Greg was honest and straight forward to tell me which type of maintenance items need to be done at the 30,000 mileage and what other items can wait until 45,000 or 60,000 miles. He also let me drive a loaner car to work and pick up my car after work - very convenient than waiting for a shuttle bus as many dealers provide (and raised their costs, and we customers would need to pay indirectly.)

had a tire problem and Greg and Rodney helped me. found a small piece of plastic embedded in the tread. Good people and good company.
