The men in this shop are truly amazing. My engine light came on after an oil change they did.. nothing to do with them but when I called them about it they wanted the car back in to see what was wrong and to make sure everything was ok, it wasn't a super major thing but because of them not catching the issue when they did the inspection they waived the fee of what was the issue and fixed it! Truly amazing and they treat you like a friend or family member when you come in. I know I'll keep coming back!

Good job on my car, but the Honda loaner was hard starting when its engine was warm (one time it almost didn't start).

So sorry about that, thank you for letting us know, we will have our Auto Mechanics look at that and have it in better running condition. We appreciate any and all reviews, as it allows us to become better at what we do.

So very impressed! Not only did they get me in on short notice, but they kept me informed (via email AND in person) on the progress throughout the appointment. Oh! And did I mention, the only thing I had to pay for was my cabin filter? YES!!! Thanks to my lifetime oil change agreement with Rick's, I NEVER have to pay for an oil change again, for the life of my car (and beyond ~ ask them for details). In my opinion, anyone who DOESN'T sign up for the lifetime oil change is just plain silly! And you don't need to be afraid to make this commitment with Rick's ~ their people treat you like you're their ONLY customer!! What a fine example of how a business SHOULD be run!
