Service was terrific! They communicated with me through text, which is great because I’m rarely able to answer phone calls. They were prompt with fixing my van, also. I even got a rose before I left, which made my day! I highly recommend Rick’s to anyone, & I’ve already told several people about them.

Rick's is fantastic. We've lived in the area for 8+ years now, but only discovered this great shop within the last year. I wish we'd have found them sooner. Their service team is top-notch. Their front-desk team is unrivaled in customer care and friendliness. They genuinely work to do what is best for the customer. This is the only place I will take my vehicles for service from now on. My one and only complaint is that one of their loaner cars has a Chicago White Sox plate on the front. I am a diehard Cubs fan (despite their pathetic ending to the season this year) and was embarrassed to drive that car home for the day. I hid it in my garage, lest any of my neighbors see it. :) In all seriousness, this shop is fantastic, #1 in the South Bend/Mishawaka area!
