One of the Best things I like about Rick’s Auto is they explain in detail and a print out of what needs done to have my car run as Efficient as possible. They go through what they recommend to be done now and what can safely wait.

I did love this place at first. For. Years but will never go there again if u got to leave your car with them over night dont leave it they disnt lock my doors an someone stole my belongings an when i mentioned it to them they didnt care or even try to accommodate me in no kinda way didnt even get a sorry they looked so stupid on they face but took my money with no problem

Natasha, I completely apologize for the way we handled this situation. Greg and Rodney who you talked to last night, told me about it first thing this morning, they were not sure how to respond and when you walked out they thought you were going out to bring something back in but you left. We almost never have cars broken into, if you bring me an item list of what was taken, I will turn it into the Insurance Company. Again I apologize that we provided such poor service. Brought my hubby's Escape in for brakes and a possible warped rotor, a slight vibration and a "clunk" in the back end. After a lot of testing, they determined the right rear wheel was bent and a bushing on the stabilizer was broken. The fact that they found and fixed the problem ~ when it only showed itself in specific conditions ~ speaks volumes about their dedication, their knowledge and their skills. So grateful to have a shop we can trust to take care of us and our cars! Thanks, Rick's!

Thanks Lin for sending your husband in with his Ford Escape. I'm glad we were able to locate and repair the loud noise in the rear suspension along with repairing the front brakes. Nice to find a reliable, honest service center where they take the time to listen to figure out what’s going on with your car. I feel like when I go to most repair shops, especially dealerships, they want to replace instead of repair. Rick’s definitely made me feel comfortable understanding what they found and what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable.
