I always have a positive experience at Rick’s! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They recommend work, but also tell me what’s urgent vs. what can wait and their recommendation on timing. They explain what issues the found with my car, what they did to fix it, and additional recommendations. They won’t do anything without first contacting me to ensure I know the issues. I really trust Rick and his staff and wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else! Great customer service and great overall experience!
