Absolutely amazing service. They got me in ahead of my appointment time (I was early and prepared to wait, but I didn’t have to). Very clean (in the waiting area and the shop area). They didn’t try to take advantage of me being a woman and not knowing much about a car. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and I was expecting the cost to be way more. They were very kind, and even thanked me for my service with a rose. I have never had such an amazing experience with a service company. The issue I had with my car is no longer an issue and I’m very grateful to have found Rick’s..!! Highly recommended..!!!

Told them exactly what part was broken before taking it in for repair. Charged me $100 for "diagnosis" to tell them the same thing I already told them was broken.

Our policy is always to properly test before we replace any parts, we do this because what customer thinks needs replacing is not always what it ends up actually needing or all that it needs. I went back over the conversation you had with Greg and he did mention that our standard testing is $99.00 which in this case includes removal of the air box assembly for testing and reassembly. Text messages show that you didn't want to spend the money now, he offered payment options which you decided you did not want to do but did show that you knew there was a charge for testing. If you would like to discuss this further please give me a call. Rick
