Rick's Auto Service fixed our heater. Before we brought in the car to Rick's, heat flowed out of the heater only if the engine speed topped 1500 rpm. The passenger compartment stayed cool in the sub-freezing weather. After we brought in the car, irregardless of the engine speed, after the engine warmed up, the heat roared into the passenger compartment.
