Came in with a shuddering car and left with it purring in health! Even though I didn’t make an official appointment, they still got my car in and fixed all in their busy Monday work day. He eagerly provided the information I needed and also provided the necessary disclosures. The quote was clear and fairly priced. I did not use Rick's for my repairs because the dealership significantly reduced their original quote, which I was not expecting at all.
