I wanted to compliment the service I received today when I called looking for a quote. Rodney answered the phone promptly and was extremely friendly and professional. He eagerly provided the information I needed and also provided the necessary disclosures. The quote was clear and fairly priced. I did not use Rick's for my repairs because the dealership significantly reduced their original quote, which I was not expecting at all.
