It was my first visit. I'll definitely be back! The staff was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure ( and there were no scare tactics) to repair everything at that visit. The waiting room is so nice! I just moved here and am so thankful to have somewhere to take our cars for service. Thanks, Rick's!
