I wouldn't go to another mechanic! I moved to Grand Rapids, and Rick was in town so I had him drive my car. He knew immediately what was wrong and was able to get me in right away the next time I was in South Bend. Its a trustworthy family-owned business. Their customer-service is top notch and they take the best care of my car! I've been going to Rick's for 10 years, and I would trust anyone else to do what they do!

I was given information about service that was needed without feeling pressured. The work was done quickly and the waiting area was pleasant, clean and quiet.
