First time in the shop, came in on a recomondation from a coworker. Needed my Brakes done and they did a great job. Solid customer service and was generally concerned about the car. Didnt treat me like a means to a paycheck. I felt like they actually cared about their customers. I will be back for my next service.

The service was excellent and honest. Another mechanic told me I needed to change the transmission fluid, but Rick actually said it was fine. I've never had a mechanic do that before. I was also quoted at a price initially., but actually had to pay less than the initial quote because the total cost of everything turned out to be less. Finally I asked if first time goers get a coupon, and I got $10 off.

So far so good.
