The service was excellent and honest. Another mechanic told me I needed to change the transmission fluid, but Rick actually said it was fine. I've never had a mechanic do that before. I was also quoted at a price initially., but actually had to pay less than the initial quote because the total cost of everything turned out to be less. Finally I asked if first time goers get a coupon, and I got $10 off.

So far so good.

Rick's is great! He gives me straight advice on whether a service really needs to be done or can be put off for later. He does fast work. He helped me with a ton of questions I had and even added on a bottle of rain X to my service. He let's me make payments on my service bills, making it easier for me to keep my car in top shape. I even bought my car from him! It's a great, dependable car thanks to Rick.
