Generous offer for a free oil change as a new resident in the neighborhood. Inspected my car and was able to point out several areas in need of attention but did not pressure me to get them fixed. Definitely will be returning.

As always, Rick, Jeremy and crew put the utmost effort into this repair. It was particularly difficult this time as it involved an intermittent starting problem. Many hours were put into this fix that Rick did not charge for. I received a loaner every time I had to come back. They ultimately nailed it and it is working fine. Rick's Auto lives and breathes "customer service". They have set the standard for it. If you want your vehicle cared for properly, then, by all means, go to Rick's Auto!

The staff at Rick's Auto Service is always so friendly! They exhibit 5 star service that I have not experienced with any other auto repair company!

Poor customer service. Asked questions was rather rude took my vehicle to someone else. They were not busy and older equipment so I think that is the reason why the could not or did not want my business
