I came to pick my car up while the person who normally works the desk was at lunch, and they went out of their way to get me checked out ASAP.

My AC stopped working and I decided to take my car here. Best decision I could have made because I have now found my dedicated mechanic for all repairs and maintenance. Incredibly professional and friendly, and was able to fix my AC problem within the day. I will be taking my cars here from now on.

As someone who would always use family for car repairs, they do great work at a reasonable price. After I moved away I needed to get a reliable company to help service my car. Ricks auto is always friendly and will continue to get my business for years to come.

My brakes were practically going to the floor, so I was sure I needed new brakes. Brought it in and they removed all 4 tires to look at them, discovered it was just an adjustment needed and only charged me for that labor! On top of it, I had previously purchased a Lifetime Oil Change package from Rick's ~ a deal too good to pass up ~ which they're discontinuing. Rather than just saying they're quitting, they bought the package back from me, not charging me for the oil changes I'd already received and putting the balance on account for me to charge against for future services....all because they wanted it to be fair to me! THAT's the kind of people I want to keep working with! Hats off to Rick and his crew for always maintaining the highest standards in life and business!

Took my mom to have her 2012 Toyota Sienna worked on an alignment issue. They were able to get her in at appointment time and was quick to diagnose that it was more than just needing an alignment. They were very honest and upfront with what was wrong and after the go ahead was given they quickly got my very satisfied mom on the road again.
