The team at Rick's is always delightful!! My insurance was covering a repair and assured me I could choose any shop, and Rick's has always treated me well for general maintenance so I went to them. The team communicated with me every step of the way and they were so patient, despite the insurance company trying to be a pain after all! Highly recommend, they are always friendly, helpful, and professional; for basic services I'm usually able to drop my car off overnight after a late shift and they'll have it ready for pick up by the following afternoon. Additionally, as a woman, this is one of the few repair shops I've ever been to that doesn't talk down to me or try to convince me I need something I don't!
