We are always treated with respect. They never try to upsell us on things we don't need. The prices are reasonable too. Our vehicles are critical for our business and we trust Rick's to take care of them.

As you read reviews let me tell you anyone who wrote a negative review was the problem. I have never had a better experience than having Rick's work on my car. I called last Wednesday for my air conditioning to be checked and repaired. I figured it would be awhile because it is that time of year. He apologized that they were booked out and said it would be Tuesday after Memorial Day. That was literally 6 days out including a holiday weekend. I was thrilled. I also decided to get my oil changed as they offer a discount if you need service that costs more than $100. They texted me just a couple of hours after I took my car in, said they had run all the tests on my air and all it needed was recharging. My total for the oil change and the diagnostics and recharging was $225. I was shocked at how low that was. I went in to pay and found out that there is a 6 month warranty on the recharging. I also was even more shocked that they gave me a first time customer discount of $25.00. I was so pleased with how extremely nice they are. I then found out that auto services get a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty! Who does that?!? I wish I could give them more stars than I can!
