I had a major coolant leak on my 14’ Sport Explorer Ecoboost and thought it might be leaking from the water pump. Called Rick’s and they said bring it in the next day. Within a day they let me know I was right the water pump was leaking. They put together a detailed quote that included changing the timing chain and seals while the engine was apart. The pricing was very reasonable and they had it out back together over the holidays with in a week. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. They went so far as to show me the old parts and explain what they changed and why. I did my research before choosing Rick’s and now see why they have such a high rating. Would highly recommend. Plus the work includes a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty. I had work done else where and got 90days.

After I got one of the struts replaced at Rick's, my car started making a small sound when turning. I had my car checked again two months later, and turned out that the replacement strut was defective. They replaced it again, free of charge, with a new one, which is working fine now. The first visit wasn't perfect, but I'm very satisfied with their thorough explanation, pricing, and frequent updates via text messages.

So far every thing is running fine but, my wife only drove it home (3 miles) Will keep you updated.
