The employees at Rick's Auto service are very nice and informative people. This was my first time there and they walked me through every step of the process of fixing my car and how they go about doing it. The car maintenance was done in a quick and reasonable time frame and they even let me know of any issues the car may currently have and broke down the price for each item for future repair. I will definitely become a regular customer to them and I appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service.

Very fast and friendly customer service. I was helping my sister get her car to start again. They were able to fit us in same day, identify the issue, and recommend what to fix and what not to fix. Very honest and up front with pricing too which is so appreciated when fixing a car.
