Very curtileous, fast and very thorough.

The staff was very friendly and they took the time to explain to me what I needed to have done to my car. I went in to get an oil change and they showed me that i needed a new battery. I am very happy that they caught this because i had no idea my battery needed to be replaced. The new battery was priced very well. Thank you all at Rick's for doing a great job and being honest instead of trying to rip me off like a lot of auto repair places try to do. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with Rick's. Honestly, friendly staff and reasonable rates are hard to find these days. I highly recommend anyone who needs work done on their vehicles to go to Rick's.

I really appreciate the time and care they put into diagnosing problems I have with my old car. They always try to fix the issues as economically as possible instead of just throwing money at something that may not be worth it in the long run.

I just went in for an estimate and to schedule a time for them to fix my battery connector and Greg came out, looked at it and fixed it immediately! I was expecting to pay around $100 or more but my bill was less than $32! I have always had great experiences there and I've been taking my cars there for around 20 years. I'm very happy with them and will continue to take my cars there for service as long as I have cars 😃
