Extremely kind and genuine people. When you enter, you know that this company was built on quality and honesty over anything. A five star was not given because I was told that they do not do work on Hybrid vehicles, despite my vehicle’s problem not being related to the hybrid mechanism of the car. It was a fuse that is directly related to a hose and inverter that provides coolant to the engine. Despite me being satisfied with the fact that they found the problem (a blown fuse that shut down everything in my car), I was slightly offset by the fact that they wouldn’t fix the underlying problem. It felt like they resolved the symptom without addressing the underlying issue. If you have a traditional vehicle, definitely consider Rick’s. If you have a problem with a hybrid vehicle, I may suggest another place just because you may have to fork out a diagnostic price only to find out that they won’t attempt to repair it simply because you own a hybrid.
