I left them quite a challenge trying to figure out what exactly was wrong with my 17-year-old car. They took the extra time until they felt confident they pinpointed the issue and only charged for the necessary parts and reasonable labor. Competent, high integrity people. On top of it, I was able to use one of the Ricks coupons :) Great experience!

My scheduled work went fine. It took longer than they or I expected, however, they apologized for that. I believe all Covid 19 guidelines were observed as well.

I have never written a Google review before, but that is how I found these guys and wanted to pass it on. When it looked like it would be late in the day before they had a chance to look at my car, they gave me a loaner to keep me going until the next day. Rodney was super knowledgeable and simply a fun guy to chat with. They got my car all fixed up for a reasonable rate. Can't go wrong when you find a shop that is friendly, honest, and efficient!

We get an accurate diagnosis-- not only of an obvious problem, but conditions and potential problems, Rick and his staff tell us the priorities, the costs, and so we know what to keep an eye on. They take their time to get it right, and it's guaranteed. We get helpful reminders in email when we're due for a check-up or an oil change. Our vehicles are dependable, thanks to the care and attention they get at Ricks Auto Service.

These guys have worked on our cars for about 10 years and they are great! I like the option of a loaner vehicle to use while your car is getting serviced.
