Thank you Rick’s and especially Greg for getting the Grand Prix fixed quickly and reasonably priced. This was a no-hassle, no-pressure experience. No one attempted to up-sell anything I didn’t need. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was told the mechanic who worked on it was something of a mechanical prodigy. He actually went above and beyond and did a few minor repairs that I didn’t even request being performed at no additional cost. That’s service! It’s always unfortunate to have car problems, and it’s always hard to part with your money to have repairs made, but Rick’s will do you right. I highly recommend, and thanks again, Greg!

Rick’s Auto Service was AMAZING. This is absolutely the place to take your car. These guys are HONEST, which you can NEVER find anymore with an auto shop, and they were very helpful. They also took it a step further and had incredible customer service. They were kind, polite and informative on the phone. I also appreciated the texting updates they gave throughout the day, as well as their rating system to help you determine the need for services and parts. They were completely fair and well priced. To top it off, they also greeted me when I entered the shop, with smiles and a polite demeanor (unlike another local shop I went to previously). Thank you for the genuinely wonderful service!

Service was terrific! They communicated with me through text, which is great because I’m rarely able to answer phone calls. They were prompt with fixing my van, also. I even got a rose before I left, which made my day! I highly recommend Rick’s to anyone, & I’ve already told several people about them.
