I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and informative. They don't do anything without checking with you. I NEVER worry about getting taken for a ride ( hahaha-car place) or paying for some work I don't need.

I never leave reviews but Ricks made it easy by sending a link. Would've ignored that but the service I recieved, at a fair price, was top notch. It's difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic, especially being new to an area. But I lucked out and the one I chose happened to be trustworthy, forthright and went above and beyond. So, 5 stars! Thankyou!

The customer service from everyone I talked to at the front desk was top notch. Even though they were very nice, their quote for what I needed done was almost double of other certified independent mechanics. They have high quality character and integrity with lots of smiling faces but at some point you can only pay so much for that. Everything other than price deserves 5 stars but the price was so high that I couldn’t even justify 4 stars.

Rick's is my go-to for oil changes, weird noises, and all the wacky things that come with owning 'no-more-car-payments' vehicles. I LOVE that they often have a loaner available so you can get things done while they service your vehicle. Be sure to ask then about the Lifetime Oil Change Program or at least the 4-Season Oil Change Card. Saves some major $$. Everyone that works here makes you feel like you've known them forever. I don't have a car mechanic in my family, but the next best thing is knowing and trusting the guys at Rick's Auto Service!
