Rick's is fantastic. We've lived in the area for 8+ years now, but only discovered this great shop within the last year. I wish we'd have found them sooner. Their service team is top-notch. Their front-desk team is unrivaled in customer care and friendliness. They genuinely work to do what is best for the customer. This is the only place I will take my vehicles for service from now on. My one and only complaint is that one of their loaner cars has a Chicago White Sox plate on the front. I am a diehard Cubs fan (despite their pathetic ending to the season this year) and was embarrassed to drive that car home for the day. I hid it in my garage, lest any of my neighbors see it. :) In all seriousness, this shop is fantastic, #1 in the South Bend/Mishawaka area!
Thank you Josh, glad we were able to find the source of noise and fix it, in your Honda Pilot. I think Rick mush of missed the "sox" plate as he is also a "Cubs" fan! The crew at the front desk are amazing I will let them know, thanks for the great review, have a great week.
