I wanted to compliment the service I received today when I called looking for a quote. Rodney answered the phone promptly and was extremely friendly and professional. He eagerly provided the information I needed and also provided the necessary disclosures. The quote was clear and fairly priced. I did not use Rick's for my repairs because the dealership significantly reduced their original quote, which I was not expecting at all. If I have any need for further service, or am asked for a recommendation, I will definitely suggest they go to Rick's. Thanks!!

My son brought in a used car he was interested in buying for them to check out. Even though they were swamped they still managed to get it in and gave it their stamp of approval.

Place is real nice ! I almost had a free cookie and Starbucks but I resisted. The guys at the front desk make you feel welcomed.
