Rick and his team went FAR out of their way to make sure Scott and I found a solution for an elusive problem on a pre-owned vehicle we had just purchased. They were diligent in attempting to narrow the problem and they were HONEST in saying the work would be better performed by a transmission specialist ~ and promptly connected us with someone THEY trust to take care of their customers. I've said it before and will say it again ~ Rick Thomas and his team have customers for life in us!

Went in for an alignment. Technician broke my brake line, didn't fix it ,told my pregnant girlfriend that she was good to go just be careful going home.

We are sorry about the misunderstanding, when your girlfriend came in she told us the car wasn’t a good car, that the brakes were bad and went to the floor. Our technicians would not even test drive your car because of how bad your brakes were. At that point she said just do the alignment, again we said she should not be driving the car because of the bad brakes, she said she was going less then a mile and would be fine. She talked to you and you did not want to spend more then what the alignment cost.

Rick's Auto always gives me the best maintenance experience! Not only are they professional and courteous, they're honest. As a woman in the world of cars, I've had many dealerships and auto shops try to pull the wool over my eyes. However, Rick's has been the one shop that is always true to their word and has never told me something false maliciously, even if it meant me getting my car worked on elsewhere. I once called to ask for an estimate when another dealership said my car was no longer covered under warranty due to me being the second owner. Instead of giving me an estimate, the gentleman at Rick's gave me the number of a different Hyundai dealership. Turns out, not only was my car covered under warranty, but the original diagnosis provided by the first dealership was completely inaccurate. Because of this, I saved a time, hassle, and a few thousand dollars.
