I came to him on a desperate whim and have been going back for everything from problem issues with my vehicle to simple oil changes. Rick's Auto is a place you can trust and worth every penny--considering he's saved me plenty of them! Great service, great quality; a local business that truly stands out.

Our SUV's battery kept dying, and we weren't quite sure if it was simply the battery was worn out or if there was something that was continually drawing amps from it, unbeknownst to us. Rather than just doing the obvious ~ replacing the battery ~ Rod & crew ran a series of tests to confirm what the problem actually was. Turns out we DID need a new battery, but we also received something else: confidence that our problem was SOLVED and not just covered up. Thank you for being a team we can have confidence in to take care of us so well!

I caught a curb in the recent snow storm. It happened on Saturday night. I brought my Kia to Rick's on Sunday Afternoon and filled out the form that is conveniently located by the key drop. Rodney called with an update on Monday afternoon. He said it looks like the tie rod was damaged and they would replace it Tuesday Morning and run an alignment. It was quick and good service and they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff like they do at car dealerships. If I need work done in the future, my car will go to Rick's!
