We take all reviews seriously, and wanted to know what was going on and we went back to check our files, however, you have not been in our shop at all. Is it possible you were at another shop?

As always, Rick was extremely helpful in getting me back into commission. With some hard work, he realized that the problem was much smaller than we thought and I was back on the road in an hour. He went above and beyond my expectations! It always seems that the folks there are old family friends. There seem to be no limits to their trustworthiness!
Incredible service, top notch staff, answered all of my questions without hesitation and without that arrogant rude attitude I've experienced at a lot of other shops. Best shop I've ever been to, I'll definitely be going back.
