overpriced charge way to much for services. Gave me a quote for exhaust work of over 500 dollars for work I got done for a little over 200 then charged me 35 dollars for the quote

We were considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle but my husband had some concerns. We brought it to Rick's, they put it on the hoist and checked the car's history online, and with a VERY REASONABLE investment, we moved ahead, feeling we had a very good idea of what to expect from our new-to-us vehicle. BONUS: the seller even repaired the minor issue uncovered in Rick's inspection. So, we got a new car and Rick's has a new, very impressed customer (my husband ~ 'cause I already KNEW they were great!) Thanks for everything!
